My couples who elope are always full of joy, and I think the idea of it just being the two of them creates a sort of whimsy. The ceremony is intentional and focused. The portrait time is sweet and unrushed. And if you bring a cake, you'll actually get to eat a piece!

Dylan and I made the choice to elope because we couldn’t wait to start our lives together and we also wanted the focus of our wedding day to be all about the love we have for each other. No big party or extra frill. We chose to get married at White Point Gardens and take pictures around beautiful downtown Charleston-our first home together. We fell in love with Taylor’s style of photography and she was amazing to work with!
Having someone capture our day was so important to us because it allowed us to share every detail and minute from our special day with our family and friends near and far. And now we have beautiful pictures hanging all around our house that people continue to compliment us on!

I was never the type of girl to dream about having a big wedding. I wanted the dress, the pretty pictures and most importantly, to marry my groom. We quickly found out that even with a small wedding, instead of focusing on what WE wanted, it was quickly becoming all about the guests.
We still got the wedding dress, the tux, the cake, the flowers, and most importantly an AMAZING photographer! If we could do it over a million times, there is not one thing we would change. Taylor’s beautiful pictures allowed family members and friends to still feel a part of our day. Our wedding pictures are printed all throughout our home and also in our parent's houses. The wedding day will go by so quickly, but Taylor’s beautiful photos are a reminder of how special and perfect our day was.

Absolutely! I'm a huge advocate both for printing your photographs to hang on your walls, and for creating heirloom albums that will tell the story of your wedding day for generations to come.
Um, definitely. My passport is well-worn and loves to be put to use. I've photographed weddings all over the United States, the Dominican Republic, and even Portugal!
I like to describe myself as photojournalistic. This means that for most of the day, I will stand back and document what's actually happening. I'm not creating moments, YOU are.
Of course! There are definitely times of the day where I'll need to step in and direct, but most of the day I'm photographing simply as it unfolds. This way you can look back on your wedding day and remember the real moments.

I'm so excited! The first step is messaging me. Then, we'll make it official with a contract: I ask for a 30% retainer and a signed agreement to hold your date. It's as simple as that!
