Hey, Charleston friends! My sweet little carriage house is up for rent starting August 1st! It’s a one bedroom, one bathroom + a loft space in Riverland Terrace that has recently been renovated. The bedroom currently has a king sized bed and still has plenty of room for side tables and dressers. The space is very light, bright, and open. Hardwood floors throughout. The loft can function as a guest bedroom or office space. It does not come furnished, so you can make it your own! There is a driveway specifically for the carriage house. It is walking distance from the Terrace Theatre, the Pour House, and plenty of restaurants and bars, and is a 7 minute drive to downtown. Utilities are included in this price! Washer/dryer are already in the unit, as well as dishwasher. No pets, please!
