A Charleston Engagement

Emily & Dan

Emily and Dan are one of my early spring weddings this year, and I can’t wait to celebrate with them! They were actually my first booking for 2018, as they booked me back in 2016. I remember meeting Emily for the first time at a coffee shop, and immediately knowing I liked her. We talked about everything before we finally talked about their wedding. How both her + Dan and Drew and I LOVE to travel, how they met, what she loved about him, what we liked to do in Charleston…I love when I get to know couples beyond just their wedding day! I could tell that Emily and Dan are a couple that love to adventure together, and are so excited for their marriage after their wedding day.

For their engagement session, we met up in downtown Charleston, where we wandered the streets, making it to the Pirate house (pictured above!) that Emily loves, and then headed to the Pitt Street bridge and fought off the wind for some fun waterfront photographs. Emily and Dan, I absolutely cannot wait for your wedding at Lowndes Grove this spring!!
