Charleston Newborn Photography

I’ve had so many Charleston newborn photography sessions lately, because so many of my dear friends have had babies this past year! Britt and Cam are sweet friends to Drew and me, and I was so honored to photograph their maternity session and their newborn session. Sweet Reese came into the world in early August, and she’s been such a joy to Britt and Cam. They wanted to be surprised as to whether she was a boy or a girl. Their whole pregnancy, they called the baby “he,” and were convinced he was a boy. So they were so surprised when little Reese turned out to be a girl, and as you can see, couldn’t be happier! It makes me laugh because all of our friends thought Britt was having a boy too. When I was pregnant and didn’t find out, everyone thought I was having a boy, so I wasn’t surprised at all when Ben was a boy. Ben now has six little girlfriends his age to be best friends with :)

I love being able to do newborn sessions that involve the whole family…parents, siblings, and pups too! This newborn stage goes so quickly, so I love to be able to document such a special, exhausting, beautiful, crazy time! Contact me at hello@taylorraephotography.com for your newborn session!
