A Historic Downtown Charleston Anniversary | Kaitlyn + Corbin

I absolutely loved photographing this sweet historic downtown Charleston anniversary session! Kaitlyn and Corbin had booked a trip to Charleston through a company called Pack Up + Go: A Surprise Travel Agency. I had never heard of them before, so I was intrigued to find out how it worked! Basically, you tell them a little bit about what you like to do and the places you like to travel. Then, they book tickets for you, tell you how to pack and when you’re going. You show up to the airport and then find out your destination! So cool, right?! I can’t decide if the travel lover in me really wants to do this, or if I would trust anyone to pick a location for me. Either way, it worked out for Kaitlyn and Corbin, as they were so excited to be in Charleston!

They booked a photoshoot with me to commemorate their trip. I had so much fun hearing about their love story! They grew up together, because their parents were best friends. For most of their lives they were just friends, but once they got to high school, they started dating and fell in love. I can’t imagine how happy their parents were to be in-laws with their best couple friends! 

Honestly, it gave me hope that this could happen to me…Ben has about 6 little girl baby friends whose parents are all me and Drew’s besties…so chances are pretty high that we could end up with him marrying one of our best friend’s daughters, right?? Kaitlyn and Corbin gave me hope, anyways!
