A Kiawah Island Beach Family Session | The Waters Family

I’m so happy I was able to take these Kiawah Island Beach family session for the Waters family this year! They had booked the session, and called a few days before because one of their sons had a bad basketball accident, and had emergency surgery on his knee. After waiting a few days, they decided they would make the trip, and try out portraits! We were all so glad that they did, in spite of everything. 

For most families, it’s only every so often that your whole family is gathered together. I’ve taken so many family portraits as well as engagement photos on Kiawah Island, because it’s a great spot for family vacations! I love that there’s both beach and beautiful greenery. 

I know it’s almost the end of summer (HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?!) but not to fear, family mini sessions 2022 are on the way!
