Erin and Ryan were married in the fall at the Pepper Plantation, which everyone knows gives me all the nostalgic feelings in the world, since that’s where I was married to! I don’t think I’ll ever get sick of going back to this amazing venue :)
Something I absolutely loved about Erin and Ryan is their desire to make everyone feel included. I could see that in how they treated their family and friends the day of their wedding. Everyone was important to them, and they wanted everyone to feel special. One of my favorite moments of ANY wedding that I have been to happened during the reception. Erin danced with her father (and shed a few adorable tears) and Ryan danced with his momma. Then, as a surprise to their parents, Ryan called out his new mother-in-law to dance with him, and after that, Erin danced with her new father-in-law. It was just one of the sweetest, most thoughtful gestures I have ever seen. And you could tell their parents were so emotional. What a BEAUTIFUL moment. I want to get married all over again just so I can do that!
Looking through these photos over again, I remember both Erin and Ryan’s kind, sweet smiles, and how welcomed I felt to their wedding day. Thank you, to the two of you, for being a dream couple for me to photograph!
Thank you to all the wonderful vendors who made this day possible!
