A Lowndes Grove Engagement | Reagan + John

I met Reagan and John for the second time for their Lowndes Grove engagement session. I’ve already had the chance to photograph them once at Boone Hall. Have y’all had a chance to read their proposal story? If not, stop your scroll and go read that incredible story first! It involved a surprise morning stroll through Boone Hall, a ring box that John custom built by himself, a brand new pair of Louboutin’s, and a selection of dresses for Reagan to choose from! 

I loved getting to meet up with Reagan and John again for a Lowndes Grove engagement session. Their wedding is next year, and I love that I’ve already gotten to photograph the two of them twice! This time we met up, it might as well have been tropical storming. We were all so thankful that we had an awesome venue like Lowndes Grove, where we could take all the photos inside if need be! This couple is absolutely adorable together, and I could tell that they’re just as smitten with each other now as they were at their proposal last year. I loved hearing about their wedding plans and how excited they are to start their lives together. 

Reagan and John are both from out of town, so they had both of their families with them during this Charleston visit. They were having a whole wedding weekend…menu tasting, meeting with their planner, Charleston Weddings by Allison and having their engagement photos done! I loved getting to meet the whole fam before the wedding day. Even John’s little bro tagged along, although John assured me that he didn’t have a choice in the matter :) 

It’s going to be the most beautiful celebration at Lowndes Grove next year, and I can’t wait to be part of it!
