Downtown Charleston & Sullivan’s Island

I met up with Alyssa and Cody on a beautiful afternoon in downtown Charleston. It was early September, and I remember it being the perfect fall day. They had just recently moved here, and we decided what better than to have an engagement session showcasing their new city? And of course, since they moved from out west, we had to show off the lovely water too :) As you can see, their session was full of giggles and fun. Giggles for Alyssa, manly laughter for Cody. I always like when guys have an opinion on their engagement or wedding photos, and Cody had brought some sunglasses that he wanted to use for a few of the photos when we were over by the water. Those turned out to be some of my favorite photos, and I think Cody was quite pleased with himself :)
